I told myself I could upgrade my I-phone if I didn't buy any clothes for the month of July.
So part of the deal with myself was to re-purpose some of my old clothes--I have a HUGE re-purpose, mend, cut up and use for napkins pile--and if I was a good girl.....and made this tee shirt.....
