I try and organize how I will wear my clothes for the week. (don't tell anyone it's sorta because I have too many clothes!!!) And this week I was inspired by Patti over at Not Dead Yet Style and her last week's post of her white shift and its' comfortable and loose style .
I think we all look our best when we dress to flatter our figures. But sometimes I just want to forget about that and just dress loosely.
So this week's theme was about boxy tops and flowy skirts.
And a sad farewell to these vintage shoes! One of my favorite pairs has started to crumble and flake inside :~{. They will be missed.

I love loose clothes...but really should avoid them. You look so cute in this summer outfit and I also know what it is to say goodbye to a favorite in the closet...so sad when they wear out!! Have a great week, Paula...this skirt is really cute!

ReplyDeleteIf anyone can pull off boxy tops and flowy skirts, it would be you. I love flowy and boxy for this extremem heat we're having, I just wish I could pull it off as well as you just did.
ReplyDeleteI found that they de-emphasize my bust, but hide my waist tho. (which is still there--but not much!) So, I did a half tuck for some of the others last week!

Goodbye, shoes. Always sad to say goodbye to wardrobe favorites. I adiosed a favorite dress last year...I'd worn it, and refashioned it, and worn it some more. For over a decade. And I miss it.
